This SoulVoice Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how SoulVoice ("we") handles personal information when users access and use the https://www.soulvoice.live website and related applications and services (collectively "SoulVoice Services").

We highly value your ("you") privacy rights and want you to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Information You May Share

When using SoulVoice Services, you may share personal information, such as when creating an account, posting profile information, following channels, or subscribing to voice rooms. Due to the social nature of some SoulVoice features, information you share may be collected, used, or disclosed by other users participating in interactions. Certain features also display user activity (such as showing the creator of an audio clip or user subscription status). Please be aware of this before participating in platform activities.

We obtain your information through the following methods when providing services, some of which are necessary for service provision:

  2. Information automatically collected based on legitimate interests

Information Provided by Users

When you create an account or use SoulVoice Services (such as uploading content or contacting customer service), you agree to provide some or all of the following information:

  • Registration information: Date of birth, email, password, user identifier, language
  • Profile information: Nickname, avatar, gender
  • User-generated content (UGC): Comments, text, messages, images, audio, code, or other content you upload or distribute. As a social interaction platform, we primarily process audio streams and related data (such as timestamps, room information)
  • Payment information: Bank account, PayPal, or other necessary payment information
  • Transaction records: Order IDs and purchase history for paid services
  • Location data: GPS information obtained with authorization (permissions can be modified through device settings)
  • Authorization choices and communication records: Information used for account verification or resolving feedback/complaints
  • Third-party social media: Information provided when creating or linking SoulVoice accounts through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, etc.

Note: For certain features, we may process audio through automatic speech recognition (ASR), keyword detection, and content safety analysis to support content management, policy compliance, and feature optimization. Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not use your voice to create biometric templates or perform unique biometric identification.

Information Automatically Collected Based on Legitimate Interests

When you use SoulVoice, we may collect some or all of the following information based on legitimate interests:

  • Network activity: Browsing/search history, pages visited, access times, subscription and interaction behaviors
  • Device identifiers: Operating system, browser type, device brand/model/serial number, IP address, carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI, IMSI, MAC address
  • Access and usage of other applications (where permitted)
  • Other location information (such as SIM card-based)
  • Mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA, Google AAID)
  • Metadata associated with UGC (such as tags, timestamps, device information)
  • Cookies and similar technologies set by us or partners: used to track clicks/usage and optimize experience
  • Real-time voice stream quality and performance metrics: Latency, packet loss rate, bitrate, sampling rate, audio frame rate, device performance status, etc., to ensure streaming media quality and troubleshooting
  • Information from other sources: such as third-party games/services or social networks you authorize

We may collect, use, and share aggregated/de-identified data that cannot identify you (such as feature usage rates, audience statistics, ad impressions). When derivative data from personal information cannot directly or indirectly identify individuals, it is not considered personal information.

Cookie storage and access related to SoulVoice Services are governed by our Cookie Policy.

Please note that our services do not require you to provide sensitive personal information involving race, religious beliefs, political positions, health conditions, sexual orientation, etc. We recommend that you do not upload or input such sensitive data when using our services.

How We Use Information

Within the scope permitted by applicable law, we use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Service provision: Present SoulVoice services and features; provide information, products, or services; verify eligibility and distribute promotional rewards
  • Service optimization and personalization: Recommend new features, information, and content; customize your experience (such as voice room and audio content recommendations)

  • Performance analysis: Count unique users, monitor aggregate metrics (traffic, listening duration, room participation, demographic characteristics)
  • Functionality and security: Identify minors, diagnose/fix technical issues, detect/prevent/respond to fraud, illegal activities, or intellectual property infringement
  • Compliance: Enforce Terms of Service and fulfill legal obligations

AI Characters and Model Usage

To implement AI character voice synthesis, interactive dialogue, and recommendation features, we may use de-identified and aggregated data for model evaluation and service optimization. Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not use personally identifiable information to train models that can identify or reconstruct your identity.

How We Share Information

  • Public profiles and content: If your profile or content is set to public, any user on the platform can view it, and it may be accessed/shared by friends, followers, search engines, aggregation platforms, and news websites. You can adjust visibility each time you upload.
  • With your consent: After obtaining your express or implied consent, we may share information outside SoulVoice Services.
  • Service providers: We may disclose personal information to authorized third parties to complete order processing, payment settlement, content delivery, real-time audio transmission, storage/cloud services, data analysis, security protection, navigation/mapping, and functional support. Third parties may only access necessary information to perform their functions and may not use it for other purposes. If you link SoulVoice with third-party services, you authorize us to share relevant information to optimize experience.
  • Business transfers: In cases of merger, asset sale, reorganization, or bankruptcy, we may transfer personal information. We will make efforts to ensure recipients use information according to this policy.
  • Legal and security: To comply with laws, enforce terms, investigate violations, handle illegal activities/security technical issues, or protect the rights/property/safety of us, users, employees, or third parties, we may disclose information within reasonable limits to regulatory agencies, law enforcement, or other parties.

  • Cookies: You can refuse/disable cookies or set alerts through browser/device settings (functionality may be affected).
  • Notifications and permissions: Turn off push notifications in device settings or revoke microphone, location, camera permissions; hide location, uploaded content, and recent activity times through in-app privacy settings.
  • Advertising identifiers: Reset or limit ad tracking (IDFA/AAID) in device privacy settings.
  • Data management: Access, correct, update, or delete information through in-app profile editing features. Some information is necessary for services; refusing to provide it may limit functionality.

Your Rights

Special Rights for California Residents:

You can request disclosure of categories and specific content of personal information we collect/share, or request deletion of information. When sending emails, please specify:

  • Subject (Disclosure): Identification of Personal Information + Californian + Your SoulVoice ID
  • Subject (Deletion): Deletion of Personal Information + Californian + Your SoulVoice ID

We may require verification (such as phone number and one-time verification code). Requests with incomplete information or submitted via mail/phone/fax may not be processed. If information has been shared/forwarded by others, complete deletion may not be possible.

California residents may designate authorized agents, requiring a valid Power of Attorney. We will contact the agent after confirming legitimacy.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or retain personal information from users under 18 years old. According to different regional legal requirements: For US users, children under 13 may not use this service; for EU/UK users, minors under 16 may not use this service. Information Retention Period

Your personal information will be retained during the active period of your account. You can request deletion via email. After review, we will delete data not required by law (such as regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, etc.). Some device and usage data may be reasonably retained for security, fraud prevention, and R&D purposes. If there are account balances, unresolved complaints, or disputes, deletion may be delayed until issues are resolved. If an account is suspended for security reasons, we may retain necessary information to prevent re-registration.

Voice and Audio: Real-time audio streams are usually processed only to provide services. If retention is needed for compliance review, dispute resolution, or security purposes, we will store for the minimum necessary period and implement access controls and deletion schedules.

Policy Changes and Updates

We may modify this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will indicate change content. If you continue to use services after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept the revised policy. Please regularly check the latest version.
